Shipping:

We ship all orders within 3-5 business days, with orders being processed within 48 hours of being placed. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 with standard USPS shipping within the US. For our international customers, shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping may require additional fees for handling, and customs may delay some deliveries. We advise you to contact your local postal service for updates on your delivery. Please note that once our shipment makes it to customs, we no longer have access to view its process in delivery.

Returns:

At our company, we value customer satisfaction and want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on all products that you are dissatisfied with. In order to receive a return credit, the product must be gently used with no more than 15% of the product used. Refunds are processed on the original form of payment and are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving the return. Please note that returns on unused products will incur a 25% restocking charge.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your product, we are happy to assist you. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from us.

Warranty and Damages:

We take pride in offering high-quality products, and all devices come with a 1-year warranty should they become defective. Damaged goods will be replaced within 2-3 business days, and we will work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your experience.

Cancel an Order:

You must cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. We will immediately issue a refund or stop the card processing. You can contact us by email or phone to cancel.
